The Windows 365 licenses once procured, will be available in the Microsoft 365 admin center. For assigning the licenses to end users, navigate to Microsoft Admin Center via https://admin.microsoft.com.
Click on Users–>Active Users and Select the user whom the license need to be assigned.
Click on the three dots(…) in the top to expand the menu options. Click on “Manage product licenses” .
A new window will appear which opens the user properties and display the “License and Apps” tab for the specific user where we can view the already assigned and available licenses details.
Select “Windows 365 License”( based on the specification needed for the end user”) and click on Save changes to complete the license assignment.
